  • Returns and Exchanges:

     Department Seventeen accepts returns or exchanges within 21 days of the ship date. All goods must be returned in perfect, unused condition with receipt. All tags and labels must remain on garment. Please email us in advance before sending back a return in order to receive an RGA number.  Returned goods without an RGA number will not be accepted and will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense. All return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.

     The account of the original transaction will be credited within 14 days of receipt of returned goods, excluding shipping charges. All sales are final for sale items, watches, and vintage items.
